Creation of employment agreement template. Employment agreement will be in both Spanish and English language.
Advisory and management of benefits for employees.
Subscription of employees into a payroll program at local bank*
Registration of employees into mandated state/federal agencies.
If required, a LOSA associate will travel to the required location to gather each employee personal documentation, original signatures on employment agreements, and deliver payroll bank account information.
Create first payroll file layout for payment instructions to be submited from HQ into desired banking platform*

DELIVERABLES
Monthly service recommended for the first 6 months of the creation of the entity.
“Hiring spree” services plus remote management of new employees.
Quarterly visit to location/branch, to onboard new employees/manage documentation. Additional visits can be included at an extra-cost.
Management and advisory on mandated and special benefits for employees.
Advisory on dismissal of employees.
Payroll disbursement processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Calculation and/or payment payroll taxes, employees benefits, and social security fees, on your behalf.
AVAILABLE PAYMENT SCHEMES
Payment file creation. Creation of payment file for the HQ to upload directly from ERP or into banking system.
Payment file submission. Execution of payroll disbursements and payroll taxes on client’s banking system. HQ will retain final payment approval and reporting entitlements.

DELIVERABLES
Monthly service recommended for an extended period of time, as we will act as an extension of your HR department.
“Hiring spree” + “Monthly payroll” services on an outgoing basis, plus remote management of new employees.
We will adhere to HQ code of conduct and values to manage all local employees.
LOSA can hire and pay employees on your behalf as outsourcing.
Management of dismissal of employees. Mass layoffs are not applicable.
Calculation and/or payment payroll taxes, employees benefits, and social security fees, on your behalf.

Payment file submission. Execution of payroll disbursements and payroll taxes on client’s banking system by LOSA. HQ will retain final payment approval and reporting entitlements.
Outsourcing. LOSA will execute all payroll payments and payroll taxes on behalf of client from a LOSA bank account.
